摘要
随着国家对海洋战略的高度重视,海洋观测业务体系能力建设的不断加强,海洋观测将由近海向深远海纵深发展,海洋战略空间进一步拓展,远距离海上观测平台将被大量建设使用,数据通信成为关键。本文以外磕脚通信网络优化为背景,以卫星网、微波网为研究对象,提出"微波+卫星"组合的通信网络架构优化方案,实现两个网络的集成和冗余备份,提高数据传输的稳定性,保障海洋观测数据的准确获取和实时传输。
With the great attention from the nation to ocean strategy and the improvement of ocean observing ability, ocean observation will be developed from offshore to abysmal sea. Long-distance offshore platforms are going to be constructed and used in quantity and data communication is the key to run these platforms.This paper takes the network communication of WaiKeJiao as an example and takes microwave and satellite network as objects of study. It presents that the optimization design of communication network architecture is to utilize microwave and satellite communication simultaneously. This optimization plan can realize the network integration and the redundant backup. It can further improve stability of data transmission and ensures the veracity and real-time transport of marine observation data.
