摘要
论述了图书馆实行均等化服务的意义和实质内涵,介绍了美国公共图书馆均等化服务的方式及对我国图书馆服务的启示,指出图书馆是社会文化传播的基本力量,社会的每一个成员都应纳入图书馆服务范围中,使社会各阶层真正体会到图书馆的普惠服务。
This paper expounds the meaning and essence connotation of library equalization service,introduces the ways of equalization service in American public libraries and the enlightenment to our country＇s library service,points out that public library is the basic force of social cultural communication,we should bring every member of the society into the scope of library service,so that all social strata can truly experience the universal service of the library.
