摘要
目的:探究对急性肺损伤(ALI)患者进行双水平无创正压(BiPAP)通气治疗的效果。方法:选取四川省凉山州会理县人民医院2016年7月至2017年7月期间收治的82例急性肺损伤患者作为研究对象。根据治疗方式的不同将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各41例患者。对两组患者均进行常规治疗。在此基础上,对对照组患者进行持续气道正压(CPAP)通气治疗,对观察组患者进行双水平无创正压通气治疗。然后对比两组患者的PaO_2、呼吸频率、氧合指数、肺通气功能的改善情况及预后。结果:1)治疗后,观察组患者的PaO_2、氧合指数均高于对照组患者,其呼吸频率低于对照组患者,P<0.05。2)治疗后,观察组患者肺通气功能的改善率(95.12%)高于对照组患者肺通气功能的改善率(80.49%),其病愈出院率(100.00%)高于对照组患者的病愈出院率(97.56%),P<0.05。结论:对急性肺损伤患者进行双水平无创正压通气治疗的效果确切,能够有效地缓解其缺氧的症状,降低其呼吸频率。
objective: to explore the effect of Bi PAP ventilation in patients with acute lung injury(ALI). Methods: a total of 82 patients with acute lung injury admitted to the people's hospital of huili county, liangshan prefecture, sichuan province from July 2016 to July 2017 were selected as subjects. According to different treatment methods, the patients were divided into observation group and control group, with 41 patients in each group. Both groups were treated routinely. On this basis, patients in the control group were treated with continuous positive airway pressure(CPAP) ventilation, and patients in the observation group were treated with bilateral non-invasive positive airway pressure ventilation. Then, the improvement of PaO_2, respiratory rate, oxygenation index, pulmonary ventilation function and prognosis of the two groups were compared. Results: 1) after treatment, patients in the observation group had higher PaO_2 and oxygenation index than those in the control group, and their breathing rate was lower than those in the control group, P〈0.05. 2) after treatment, the improvement rate of lung ventilation function in the observation group(95.12%) was higher than that of the control group(80.49%), and the recovery and discharge rate(100.00%) was higher than that of the control group(97.56%), P〈0.05. Conclusion: double-level non-invasive positive pressure ventilation is effective in treating patients with acute lung injury, and can effectively relieve their hypoxia symptoms and reduce their breathing frequency.
