摘要
安慰剂对照是目前中药新药临床试验最常用的方法之一。安慰剂的使用在符合伦理学原则前提下,合理的制作和应用有助于临床试验获得真实、可靠的数据,其作用无可替代。总之,安慰剂的合理应用密切需要业内人士共同关注。
Placebo control is one of the most commonly used methods for clinical trials of traditional Chinese medicines and new drugs. Reasonable production and application of placebos can help clinical trials obtain true and reliable data,and its role is irreplaceable. At the same time,the use of placebo should meet the principles of ethics. In short,the rational use of placebo requires the close attention of people in the industry.
