摘要
根据炉料在旋转溜槽中的运动过程,建立了相应的运动模型,重点研究了科氏力对料流轨迹的影响。模拟研究结果表明,受科氏力的作用,炉料在溜槽出口处速度降低,且溜槽总长度越长,溜槽倾角越大时,作用效果越显著;科氏力的作用使溜槽内的炉料发生偏转升高,对料流轨迹和主落点位置产生影响,当溜槽转速越快时,作用效果越显著。
According to the movement process of the burden in the rotating chute, the corresponding motion model was established, and the influence of Coriolis force on the burden trajectory was studied. The simulation results showed that the speed of the burden at the outlet of the chute was reduced by the effect of Coriolis force. The longer the total length of the chute was and the greater the chute inclination was, the more significant the effect was. The effect of Coriolis force caused the deflection and elevation of the burden in the chute, which affected the burden trajectory and the position of the main drop point. When the speed of the chute was faster, the effect was more significant.
