摘要
肺癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤,发病及死亡率高居前列。由于肺癌细胞具有高侵袭、高转移及对放化疗不敏感等特点,肺癌患者治疗效果不理想,且5年生存期极低。肺癌发生、发展受多因素影响,其中细菌感染对促进肺肿瘤的生长、转移及血管生成等多方面起重要作用。尽管如此,研究也指出采用弱毒、灭活或基因修饰细菌用于肺癌治疗同样起到抗肿瘤作用。因此,本综述就目前细菌感染在促进肺癌发生、发展以及细菌用于肺癌治疗的相关研究进行综述。
Lung cancer,which is one of the most common malignant tumors,is associated with high morbidity and mortality worldwide.Due to the fact that the lung cancer cells are highly invasive,metastatic and insensitive to radio-and chemo-therapy,the patients who suffered from lung cancer are associated with extremely low five-year survival rate and often fail to the effective anti-cancer therapy.It has been shown that many factors are involved in promoting the tumor development.For instance,the bacterial infection is one of the crucial factors that participated in promoting tumor growth,metastasis and angiogenesis.Nevertheless,the use of attenuated,inactivated or gene modified bacteria for the treatment of lung cancer has also been proven to be effective.Therefore,this review will give an overview of the current knowledge on the role of bacterial infection in promoting the occurrence and development of lung cancer and the effect of bacterial components on treatment of lung cancer.
