摘要
血站为储存、收集血液,同时向临床提供血液的医疗机构。积极强化血站内感染管理,做好感染控制,保证用血安全,加强对血站质量安全控制,做好消毒管理,减少经血传播性疾病发生,保证供血质量,有利于确保供血以及工作人员自身安全。结合实际情况,本文分别叙述了创建感染管理组织,完善站内感染管理制度、开展相关培训,分区化管理,强化个人防护、开展站内感染监测,强化血站内、物体以及空气清洁和消毒力度,皮肤消毒注意要点,为血站人员创建健康档案以及管理医疗废物等8个方面,为相关人员的研究工作提供参考资料。
Blood station is the medical institution that stores and collects blood while providing blood to the clinic. To actively strengthen the infection management in the blood station,control the infection,ensure the safety of blood,strengthen the control of the quality and safety of the blood station,do a good job of disinfection management,reduce the occurrence of the blood transmission diseases,guarantee the quality of blood supply,which are beneficial to ensure blood supply and staff safety. According to the actual situation,this paper described 8 aspects such as the establishment of infection management organization,the improvement of the infection management system in the station,the development of related training,the division management,the strengthening of personal protection,the monitoring of the infection in the station,the strengthening of the cleaning and disinfection in the blood station,the object and the air,the attention points of the skin disinfection,creating health files for blood station personnel,management of medical waste,in order to provide reference for the research work of related personnel.
