摘要
目的探讨达英-35和二甲双胍联用对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者性激素水平的影响。方法选取我院生殖医学中心2016年2月至2018年2月收治的100例PCOS患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组仅给予达英-35治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予二甲双胍治疗。两组患者均治疗3个月,观察两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后的性激素(LH、 FSH、 T、E2)水平。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为94%,明显高于对照组的74%(P <0.05)。治疗后,观察组的LH、 FSH、 T水平均明显低于治疗前及对照组, E2水平明显高于治疗前及对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论达英-35与二甲双胍联合治疗PCOS的效果确切,可明显改善患者的性激素水平,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the influence of Diane-35 combined with metformin on sex hormone levels in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS）. Methods 100 cases of PCOS patients admitted to the reproductive medical center of our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Diane-35 alone, while the observation group was treated with metformin on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 3 months. The clinical effect and the sex hormone（LH, FSH, T and E2） levels before and after treatment of two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94%, significantly higher than 74% of the control group（P 0.05）. After treatment, The LH, FSH and T levels of the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment and those of the control group, and the E2 level was significantly higher than that before treatment and that of the control group, with statistical differences（P 0.05）. Conclusions Diane-35 combined with metformin has definite curative effect on PCOS, and can significantly improve patients＇ sex hormone levels, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
