摘要
目的研究拮抗肌侧取穴针刺结合现代康复训练疗法治疗中风后痉挛的效果。方法选取我院2014年9月至2017年9月收治的中风后痉挛患者90例,按照入院顺序分为对照组与研究组各45例。对照组采用现代康复训练疗法,研究组在对照组基础上采用拮抗肌侧取穴针刺。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的75.56%(P <0.05)。治疗后,研究组的Fugl-Meyer评分、 Barthel指数评分及GQOL-74评分均显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论拮抗肌侧取穴针刺结合现代康复训练疗法治疗中风后痉挛,临床疗效较为显著,可明显改善患者的生活质量,值得临床应用。
Objective To study the effect of antagonistic muscle side acupoint acupuncture combined with modern rehabilitation training in the treatment of post-stroke spasm. Methods 90 cases of patients with post-stroke spasm admitted to our hospital from September2014 to September 2017 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the admission order, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received modern rehabilitation training therapy, while the study group received antagonistic muscle side acupoint acupuncture on the basis of the control group. The treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.33%, significantly higher than 75.56% of the control group（P 0.05）. After treatment, the Fugl-Meyer score, Barthel index score and GQOL-74 score of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group（P0.05）. Conclusions Antagonistic muscle side acupoint acupuncture combined with modern rehabilitation training has significant curative effect in the treatment of post-stroke spasm, and can significantly improve patients＇ quality of life, which is worthy of clinical application.
