摘要
雄安新区的建立是千年大计、国家大事,统筹雄安新区城乡发展是建设雄安新区的必要任务。统筹城乡发展一方面依靠乡村功能的自我完善,另一方面需要京津冀各方面配合和支持。以共生理论为视角探索雄安新区城乡关系,根据雄安新区城乡发展失衡现状以及雄安规划要求,发现雄安新区适合运用城乡对称性互惠共生模式。在此基础上构建雄安新区城乡对称性互惠共生模式及新型城乡共生体,并提出雄安新区与京津共生的对策。研究丰富了城镇化的相关理论知识,为雄安新区解决城乡发展问题提供一定的理论指导。
The establishment of Xiong＇an New Area is a national strategy, and it is necessary to coordinate its urban andrural development. The coordination of its urban and rural development relies on the self-improvement of rural functions aswell as the cooperation and support from Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. The research explores the relationship between urbanand rural areas in Xiong＇an New Area via symbiosis. Based on the current situation of unbalance between urban and ruraldevelopment in Xiong＇an New Area and requirements for the planning, model of symmetry mutualism is desirable. Theurban and rural symmetry mutualism model of Xiong＇an New Area and a new urban and rural symbiosis are built on thisbasis. Finally the research puts forward the symbiosis countermeasures between Xiong＇an New Area and Beijing-Tianjin.The research enriches the relevant studies of urbanization and provides theoretical guidance for the urban and ruraldevelopment in Xiong＇an New Area.
