摘要 为提高铁路货运市场占有率,增强市场竞争能力,探索适合铁路货运产品的发展方向和重点工作,在阐述供需理论的基础上,分析铁路货运产品发展的3个阶段,以中国铁路广州局集团有限公司广州货运中心为例,论述铁路货运找货源、布线条,开多班列,扩编组、装满轴,开好班列,长距离、高运价,开优班列的发展实践。提出铁路货运产品发展对策,即融入社会综合物流体系、全力打造全程物流产品、提供物流咨询服务、开展物流金融服务、实现物流共享服务,以不断提高铁路货运软实力,为客户提供增值服务,满足客户多样化需求。 To increase the market share of railway freight transportation and enhance its competitiveness through exploring its development direction and key areas, this paper firstly analyzes the 3-stage evolution process of railway freight products based on the supply and demand theory, which is summarized with the following key words: the first stage: seeking clients and scheduling more trains; the second stage: enlarging train groupings with fully loadings; the final stage: optimizing services with high rates for longdistance transport by taking the case of Guangzhou Freight Center of China Railway Guangzhou Bureau Group Co., Ltd. To offer value-added services and meet the diversified market demand by continuously improving the soft power of railway freight transport, this paper concludes with several development strategies: integrating into the inclusive logistics system, developing all-process logistics products and providing logistics consultation, financial and shared services.
