摘要
在高等教育"大众化"的情况下,如何满足本科生综合素质和实践能力、团队合作和创新精神的培养需要,以项目为引导的实践与实训将是一条途径,同时也是培养具有较高综合素质和实践能力、具有团队和创新精神的工程技术人员的一个手段。本文结合"电子书院"人才培养课程体系、课程架构及设计、培养方式、职业精神等有机结合,从理论到实践、从纸上谈兵到实际动手,循序渐进,逐步实现,提高实践学习的效率和学生学习兴趣,也培养学生自主学习能力,符合应用型本科人才培养的定位与内涵,可以为其方案设计提供参考。
