摘要
中国文化博大精深,食品文化也享誉海内外。《动物性食品卫生学》这门课程教学中涉及许多我国传统的文化,如何挖掘与传诵我们的传统文化并将食品安全卫生理念广泛宣传和遵守,具有非常重要的意义。由此,本文通过阐述该课程中包含的中国食品文化以及需要传承的理念,探讨我们如何在专业教学中发现和渗透中国传统文化教育,为培养综合性素质人才提供参考资料。
The Chinese Traditional Culture is extensive and profound.Animal food hygiene course teachinginvolves our national traditional culture,how to excavate and be widely read our traditional culture then advertise andabide by the food safety,that is very important meaning.So,the paper explores how to find and osmose the Chinesetraditional culture teaching,then apply the data about training comprehensive quality talents by explaining the courseincluding the Chinese food culture and thought needed inheriting.
