科研创新小组模式对于提高理工科本科生科研能力的实证研究 被引量:4

摘要 大学生是一个国家未来的高素质建设者,而理工科大学生更是肩负着国家科学技术发展的使命。如何从基础开始培养理工科本科生的科研创新能力,是一项值得研究和探索的课题。中国矿业大学材料学院通过成立本科生科研创新小组,积极调动本科生的科研创新性。通过对本项活动成立两年来的成果总结,发现通过科研创新班能够对科研论文、科研项目和奖励,甚至毕设成绩和读研、出国深造率上都有明显的促进作用。然而在培养过程中也发现,在培养机制、受众面以及考核方式上存在不可回避的问题。 The research and innovation capacity is fundamental to national science and technology development.School of materials science and engineering of CUMT arouse undergraduates' innovative research activity throughaproject of research and innovation group. The results of this project in the recent two years show that this modestimulated the increment in the number of published research papers, projects and awards significantly, as well as thegraduation project results and the rates of postgraduate entrance at home and abroad. However, some questions liketraining mode, limited training rate, and checking way in the process must be faced and resolved in the followingwork.
