镁-锂合金化学镀镍-铜-磷的研究 被引量:2

Study on Electroless Nickel-Copper-Phosphorus Plating on Magnesium-Lithium Alloy

摘要 对镁-锂合金化学镀镍-铜-磷的酸洗、活化、预镀等前处理工序进行了研究,并对化学镀镍-铜-磷合金镀层的性能进行了测试。结果表明:相比浸锌处理,化学预镀镍更适合用于镁-锂合金的镀前预处理。化学镀镍-铜-磷合金镀层为膜层状的中磷混晶结构,其中铜的质量分数为3.66%。交流阻抗测试结果表明,化学镀镍-铜-磷合金镀层对镁-锂合金基体起到了较好的防护作用。 The pre treatment procedures of electroless nickel copper phosphorus plating on magnesium lithium alloy, such as acid pickling, activation and pre plating were studied, and the properties of electroless nickel copper phosphorus alloy coatings were tested. Results showed that electroless pre nickel plating was more suitable for the pre treatment of magnesium lithium alloy compared with zinc immersion. Electroless nickel copper phosphorus alloy coating shows a film like middle phosphorus mischcrystal structure, containing 3. 66% copper. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy showed that electroless nickel copper phosphorus alloy coating provides good protection for magnesium lithium alloy substrate.
