摘要
物流统计是促进物流业发展的基础性工作,对于科学制定物流政策和发展规划具有重要作用。传统的统计思路、方法、工具、手段已经不能满足新时期工作的需要,物流统计在时效性、有效性、代表性、开放性等方面存在种种弊端。充分利用大数据时代各种现代化的技术手段可以全面提升物流统计水平,建议通过物联网技术和传感器设备提高统计工作效率、云计算技术提升统计数据的分析挖掘能力、数据平台推动信息资源的开放和共享,从根本上扭转物流统计工作面临的困境。
Logistic statistics is a fundamental work to promote logistic dcvclopmcnt,and it plays an importantrole in scientifically formulating logistic policy and development planning. In the new period, traditional statistic thinking, methods, tools and means cannot satisfy practical needs any more, and logistic statistics also has its drawbacks in timeliness, effectiveness, representativeness and openness. Taking full advantage of various modernized technological means of the big data era, can improve logistic statistics in an all-round way. Thus it is important to adopt the technology of Internet of Things and sensor equipment to improve working efficiency, use cloud computing technology to improve the analysis and exploit of statistic data, and establish data platform to open and share information resources so as to eliminate the drawbacks logistic statistics has.
