摘要
最近几年,随着科学技术突飞猛进的发展,我国建筑机电安装工程的发展取得了良好的成绩,尤其是在现阶段的建筑机电安装工程中BIM技术得到了广泛运用,对进一步推动了建筑机电安装工程的可持续发展有着至关重要的价值意义。BIM作为一种管理手段,是建筑机电安装工程实现建筑精细化和信息化管理不可或缺的重要工具, BIM对促使建筑安装工作顺利有序的进行有着至关重要的作用。笔者根据的自己的工作经验,重点论述了BIM技术在建筑机电安装工程中的重要性,分析了BIM技术所具有的特点,最后对在建筑机电安装工程BIM技术应用进行了深入的探析。
In n recent years,with the rapid development of science and technology,the development of China＇s building electromechanical installation engineering has achieved good results,especially in the current stage of building electromechanical installation engineering,BIM technology has been widely used,which has further promoted the construction of dectromechanical The sustainability of the installation project is of paramount importance. As a management tool,BIM is an indispensable tool for building electromechanical installation engineering to achieve fine construction and inforn,ation management. BIM plays a vital role in promoting the smooth and orderly construction and installation work. Based on my own work experience,the author focuses on the importance of BIM technology in construction electromechanical installation engineering,analyzes the characteristics of BIM technology,and finally analyzes the application of BIM technology in construction electromechanical installation engineering.
