摘要
随着互联网络的迅速普及,计算机多媒体技术和网络技术的不断更新发展,推动了教学手段的现代化进程。通过建立数字化教学资源共建共享体系,利用计算机信息网络技术对教育培训资源实现多媒体课件同步录制和直播功能,构建云录播教室统一管理平台,实现音视频监控、教学管理、课件录制、课件直播、课件点播、远程导播等一体化功能,提升内蒙古气象教育培训的教学课件录制能力、数字化教学资源共享能力和远程教育培训支持能力。
