响应面法优化阴离子酒糟吸附孔雀石绿(MG)工艺 被引量:1

摘要 为提高阴离子酒糟对MG的吸附率,在单因素实验的基础上,采用Box-Behnken响应面优化其过程,考察了温度、吸附时间、吸附剂用量、染料初始浓度和pH五个因素对吸附率的影响,确定了最佳吸附条件.研究结果表明:温度、pH、吸附剂用量和染料初始浓度的交互作用等对吸附率均有显著影响.阴离子酒糟吸附MG的最佳条件为:温度33℃、吸附时间71min、吸附剂用量6.3g/L、染料初始浓度110mg/L、pH7.5.在此条件下,阴离子酒糟对MG的吸附率可达96.71%. The optimum anion distiller's grains were as follows:Temperature dsorbent dosage of 6.3 g/L,initial of dyes pH7.5. Under these conditions,the adsorption rate of anion distiller's grai conditions for the 33 ℃ ,adsorption of 110 mg/L and ns to MG reached to 96. 71%.
