摘要
AGV(Automatic Guided Vehicle)框架作为支撑和安装其余附件的关键机械部件,在频繁举升的过程中,其强度和变形量直接影响汽车的合装精度和运行过程的平稳性。利用Catia建立AGV车辆模型,经有限元的初步分析,对框架布置进行调整优化,并将新的框架导入到Ansys/workbench中进行有限元计算。结果表明,新的框架满足各种工况下的使用要求。目前设计的AGV已经投放到某汽车厂使用,运行平稳,可为以后AGV的可靠性设计提供理论依据和参考。
The frame of AGV (Automatic Guided Vehicle),as a key mechanical part to support and install the rest accessories,has a direct impact on the assembly accuracy of vehicles and the smoothness of the operation process during frequent lifting.In the paper,the AGV vehicle model was established through Catia software,the frame layout adjusted and optimized through preliminary finite element analysis, and the new frame imported into Ansys/workbench for finite element calculation.The results show that the new frame met the requirements of various operating conditions.The designed AGV has been used and runs smoothly,which can provide theoretical basis and reference for future reliability design of AGV.
