摘要
以投后企业安徽金元素复合材料有限公司赋能为例,面对该企业管理中存在的安全、质量、成本管理等方面的问题,通过投后管理团队集体力量,提出了有效的解决方式方法,调动一切资源为企业全方位赋能,帮助企业实现健康、持续、稳定发展,在提高管理基础上创效益、争一流。
This paper takes the invested company, Anhui Metal Element Composite Material Co., Ltd, as an example. The post-investment management team had put forward effective solutions and allocated all the resources to revitalize the eompaW comprehensively targeting the management problems in tenns of salely, qualily, cost control and so on in order to help the eompaW achieve sound, sustainable and stable development and strive to be a first-class and profitable en- terprise based on the enhanced managementlevel.
