摘要
目的:探究理气和胃方治疗消化道肿瘤的临床效果以及对患者的症状改善。方法:选择2016年1月-2017年12月我科收治的消化道肿瘤患者80例为研究对象,根据数字随机方式将其分为对照组与观察组,每组40例,对照组给予常规化疗方案进行治疗,观察组在此基础上给予理气和胃方治疗,比较两组患者治疗总有效率、KPS评分改善及中医证候积分改善。结果:观察组治疗后总有效率为90.0%,明显高于对照组的60.0%,且观察组治疗后功能状态提高的概率为40.0%,显著高于对照组的15.0%,观察组治疗后胃脘疼痛、嗳气泛酸、纳呆少食、情志抑郁、口干口苦症状评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:理气和胃方治疗消化道肿瘤的临床效果满意,能有效改善患者各种临床症状,提升患者的功能状态,值得临床推荐。
Objective： To observe clinical efects of the Liqi Hewei prescription （ 理气和胃方 ） on gastrointestinal cancer and the patients’ symptoms. Methods： In our department from January 2016 to December 2017, 80 patients with gastrointestinal cancer were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was treated by routine chemotherapy, and the observation group was treated with the Liqi Hewei prescription more. The total efective rate, KPS score and TCM syndrome score between two groups was compared. Results： The total efective rate was 90.0% in the observation group, higher than 60.0% in the control group. Adverse efects rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Liqi Hewei prescription on gastrointestinal cancer was efective by improving the patients’ clinical symptoms, and worthy of promotion.
