摘要
目前,风机行业还没有渗碳、淬火和回火零件的金相检验标准。为此,对相应的渗碳、淬火、回火零件的现行国家和行业标准进行了对比、分析。在此基础上,根据渗碳、淬火的风机齿轮的特点,并参考了公司控制渗碳淬火齿轮畸变的科研成果及国内外渗碳淬火技术的进展,制订了适用于渗碳淬火风机齿轮的金相检验标准(草案)。检验项目包括:预备热处理组织、心部组织、硬化层深度、马氏体级别、残留奥氏体级别、碳化物级别以及内氧化级别等。
At the present time, there is no yet metallographic examination standard for carburized, hardened and tempered part in the blower trade. In view of this fact, the corresponding actual state and trade standards for carburized, hardened and tempered part were compared and analyzed. On the basis of the foregoing job and feature of the carburized and hardened blower gears, consulting the achievement in scientific research on control of distortion of carburized and hardened blower gears in writer's company and the progress in carburizing and hardening technologies at home and abroad, a metallographic examination standard( draft) adaptable to the carburized and hardened bower gear, which involved such examination items as prior heat treating structure, core structure, hardened case depth, martensite grade, retained austenite grade, carbide grade, and internal oxidation grade, has been drawn up.
