摘要
根据抚松县仙人桥黑松谷供水工程所在地域的水资源条件,分析、论证取水水源的来水量、可供水量,分析、论证供水工程取水、退水方案的合理性、可行性与可靠性,提出供水工程的合理取水量。特别在符合水资源开发利用的前提下,改变水资源配置,减少地下水开采,充分利用地表水作为供水水源,促进工程所在区域水资源的优化配置和可持续开发利用,为工程取水许可申请提供技术依据,确保水资源开发、利用、配置、节约、保护和治理的综合目标得以实现。为类似供水工程水资源论证提供参考。
According to the water resources conditions of the area where the Heisonggu water supply project of Xianrenqiao in Fusong County is located, this paper analyzes and demonstrates the inflow and available water quantity of the source of water intake, analyzes and demonstrates the rationality ,feasibility and reliability of the water intake and withdrawal scheme of the water supply project, and puts forward the reasonable water intake quantity of the water supply project.On the premise of conforming to the development and utilization of water resources ,it is necessary to change the allocation of water resources, reduce the exploitation of groundwater, make full use of surface water as the source of water supply, promote the optimal allocation and sustainable development and utilization of water resources in the area where the project is located, provide technical basis for the application of water intake permit,and ensure the development,utilization and allocation of water re- sources.The comprehensive goal of saving,protecting and managing can be realized.h provides reference for water resources argumentation for similar water supply projects.
