基于半导体光放大器的双波长激光器的微波信号产生研究

摘要 提出一种新型的基于半导体光放大器(SOA)的双波长光纤光栅激光器,并将其应用于产生微波信号。一对均匀的光纤布拉格光栅用作激光器腔内波长的选择元件,级联的2个光纤布拉格光栅(FBG)确保双波长CW激光具有较窄线宽,并通过调节FBG的工作温度以获得频率可调的微波信号。研究结果表明,通过改变光纤布拉格光栅的工作温度,可以获得波长间隔可调的稳定的双波长连续波激光输出,波长间隔为0.18~0.6nm,对应的微波信号频率范围是22.5~74.9GHz。
