摘要
本文介绍国内非中枢性止痛药的中药专利申请情况分析了国内制药企业在非中枢性止痛药领域的中药专利布局, 为国内相关制药企业在新药开发和专利布局等方面提供参考.
This paper introduced the patent application situation of traditional Chinese medicine in nonsteroid
anti-inflammatory drug , analyzed the patent distribution of Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises in nonsteroid
anti-inflammatory drug field,to provide reference for the domestic related pharmaceutical enterprises in
the development of new drugs and the layout of patents.
