摘要
目的分析肺炎支原体抗体测定对小儿呼吸道感染的诊断价值。方法方便选取2016年12月—2017年12月该院收治的呼吸道感染患儿116例作为观察组,同时选取同段时间内健康小儿116名作为对照组,将两组支原体抗体进行检测,对比两组的支原体抗体阳性率同时对比观察组内不同年龄段、不同性别患儿的支原体抗体阳性率。结果观察组的支原体抗体阳性率81.90%显著高于对照组6.90%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=34.508,P=0.000<0.05),观察组中3~7岁患儿的支原体抗体阳性率91.67%显著高于其余年龄段的患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组内男性患儿支原体阳性率84.75%与女性患儿78.95%比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.132,P=0.287>0.05)。结论肺炎支原体抗体测定在小儿呼吸道感染的诊断中具有较高的价值,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody in the diagnosis of respiratoryinfection in children. Methods A total of 116 children with respiratory tract infection treated in the hospital from December2016 to December 2017 were convenient selected as the observation group. At the same time, 116 healthy children in thesame period were selected as the control group. The two groups of mycoplasma antibodies were tested and compared. Thepositive rate of mycoplasma antibody in the group was also compared with the positive rate of mycoplasma antibodies in thechildren of different ages and genders in the observation group. Results The positive rate of mycoplasma antibody in the observation group was 81.90%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (6.90%),the different was statistically significant (X^2=34.508, P=0.000〈0.05). The positive rate of mycoplasma antibody in the observation group of childrenaged 3 to 7 years was 91.67%, which was significantly higher than that of the other groups. The difference was statisticallysignificant in children of the age group (P〈0.05). There was no significant difference in the positive rate of mycoplasma among males in the observation group (84.75% vs. 78.95% in females) (X^2=1.132, P=0.287〉0.05). Conclusion Mycoplasmapneumoniae antibody has high value in the diagnosis of respiratory tract infection in children and is worthy of promotion.
