摘要
培育特色鲜明、产业发展、绿色生态、美丽宜居的特色小镇,是当前促进经济转型升级,推动新型城镇化和新农村建设的关键载体和重要途径,国家各部委及地方政府积极出台各项政策推进特色小镇的开发与培育。基于此,本文在充分领会并分析国家各项政策基础上,通过实地调研和案例分析法对江浙地区特色小镇的发展现状如产业定位、数量占比、创建模式、运营模式等多方面进行详细调研及评价,借鉴浙江特色小镇开发过程中的经验,为江苏特色小镇的创建与发展提供借鉴。
Cultivating featured towns with distinctive characteristics, industrial development, green ecology, and beautiful and livable characteristics are the key vehicles and important channels for promoting the transformation and upgrading of the economy and promoting the development of new - type urbanization and new countryside. Various ministries and commissions and local governments have actively introduced various policies to promote the development and cultivation of characteristic towns. Based on this, on the basis of full understanding and analysis of national policies, this paper conducts detailed research on the development status of featured towns in Jiangsu and Zhejiang such as industry orientation, quantity share, creation model, and operation model through field research and case analysis. Research and evaluation, drawing on the experiences in the development of small towns in Zhejiang Province, provide references for the creation and development of characteristic towns in Jiangsu.
