摘要
制药分离是制药行业产品产业化发展的一个重要环节,是从生物学、化学、物理学角度,对分离物质中的有效活性成分与共存杂物之间存在的差别进行分析,并实现分离的一个过程。制药分离技术是制药过程中的关键技术,药品制造能否成功在很大程度上取决于此技术。本文在介绍制药工程的基础上,对目前已开发的固液萃取分离技术、反胶团萃取技术、双水相萃取分离技术、沉析技术等制药分离技术进行了论述,以供参考。
Pharmaceutical separation is an important part of the industrialization of pharmaceutical products. It is the analysis of the differences between effective active ingredients and coexisting impurities in the separated substances from the perspectives of biology, chemistry and physics. process. Pharmaceutical separation technology is a key technology in the pharmaceutical process, and the success of pharmaceutical manufacturing depends to a large extent on this technology. Based on the introduction of pharmaceutical engineering, this paper discusses the pharmaceutical separation techniques such as solid-liquid extraction and separation technology, reverse micelle extraction technology, aqueous two-phase extraction and separation technology, and precipitation technology.
