摘要
目的观察优质护理在脑出血术后患者护理中的临床效果。方法选取自2017年3月至2017年8月东北国际医院神经外科就诊的脑出血术后患者50例,采用信封法随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组25例,采用普通护理方法,试验组25例,在对照组基础上采用优质护理干预,观察患者满意度和脑卒中患者临床神经功能缺损程度评分(SSS)。结果试验组优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论优质护理可以明显提高患者满意度,提高SSS评分。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of high quality nursing in postoperative nursing care of patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 50 cases of patients from March 2017 to August 2017 the Northeast International Hospital Department of neurosurgery after cerebral hemorrhage, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group using the envelope method, 25 cases in the control group, the normal nursing methods, experimental group of 25 patients in the control group on the basis of the quality of nursing intervention, SSS. Results The experimental group was better than the control group, with statistical difference（P 0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing can obviously improve patient satisfaction and raise SSS score.
