摘要
目的:了解我院门诊头孢丙烯处方合理性情况。方法:使用Pass系统统计2017年9月头孢丙烯处方610张,对其进行点评分析。结果:610张门诊头孢丙烯处方中,不合理处方201张,存在的问题主要为用药不适宜、无指征用药、用药不规范和无正当理由不首选国家基本药物。结论:通过开展头孢丙烯处方专项点评,可提高医生的合理用药水平,确保用药安全。
Objective To discuss the rationality of the outpatient Cefprozil prescriptions in our hospital at the present stage.Methods To review and analyze the 610 Cefprozil prescriptions in outpatient in September 2017, using the Pass system. Results There are 201 unreasonable prescriptions in the 610 outpatient Cefprozil prescriptions. The existing problems are unsuitable for the use of drugs, no indication for drug using irregulated medication and without justification for no use national essential drugs. Conclusion Doctor＇s quality in rational drug use could be promoted by analyzing and commenting Cefprozil prescriptions.
