摘要
农业害虫防治对提高农作物产量的意义深远,传统农药的长期大量使用使得害虫抗性问题越来越严重,开发绿色新靶标位点农药成为害虫防治的紧迫任务。本文综述分析了胆固醇在昆虫正常发育繁殖过程中起着重要抑制作用,其阻断植物甾醇是获取途径是开发新型杀虫剂的有效途径。
Agricultural pests control was significance for increasing agricultural yield.The long-term use of traditional pesticides makes the problem of insect resistance more and more serious.Developing environmentally friendly new targeting sites pesticide is an urgent task in pest control.Cholesterol plays an important role in the normal development and reproduction of insects. Blocking the access to phytosterols is an effective way to develop new insecticides.
