摘要
采用鼠李糖乳杆菌为发酵培养菌株进行鼠李糖乳杆菌发酵,并提取出具有抗菌活性的物质。该物质对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌及铜绿假单胞菌具有较强的抑制功能,同时对白色念珠菌及黑曲霉有抑制作用。将本产品用于日用护肤乳液中进行挑战测试,符合USP 51 Antimicrobial Effectiveness Testing标准,所以本产品可以用作合成防腐剂的替代品。
By the fermentation of Lactobacillus rhamnosus in a defined growth medium, the antibacterial active substance was extracted from the fermented liquid. By test, the active substance is remarkably capable of restricting the growth of Escherichia coli, Stap Hylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. And the active substance could restrict the growth of Aspergillus niger and Candida albicans. A challenge test using the extract respectively in skin care products was conducted. The test result was that the test passed USP〈51〉Antimicrobial Effectiveness Testing standard. So Lactobacillus rhamnosus ferment extract could replace synthetic preservatives.
