抗LGI1抗体相关脑炎合并免疫性甲状腺病一例报道 被引量：3

摘要 自身免疫性脑炎（autoimmuneencephalitis，AEl泛指一类由自身免疫机制介导的脑炎。2007年N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸受体（anti-N-methyl-D-aspartatereceptor，NMDAR）脑炎首次被发现．此后抗富亮氨酸胶质瘤失活蛋白1（leucine．richgliomainactivated1，LGI1）抗体相关脑炎、抗γ-氨基丁酸B型受体[anti-γ-aminobutyricacid（B）receptorencephalitis，GABA-B]抗体相关脑炎陆续被报道。
