防污氟硅丙烯酸酯/SiO2超疏水杂化膜研究 被引量:8

Study on the anti-stain fluorosilicone acrylate copolymer/silica super-hydrophobic hybrid coating films

摘要 以甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(12FMA)等为单体制备了氟硅丙烯酸酯共聚物溶液,并通过化学键合引入纳米SiO2,制备了氟硅丙烯酸酯/SiO2杂化成膜材料。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪,X射线光电子能谱仪,扫描电子显微镜等及接触角和吸水率测试研究了该杂化材料的结构及其涂膜表面性能。结果表明,氟元素的表面迁移及表面微纳结构有效地提高了涂膜的疏水性。当12FMA用量为单体总质量的40%、SiO2加入量为单体总质量的1%时,杂化膜的水接触角为132.96°。经杂化材料处理的水泥基材吸水率下降了90.7%,对水的接触角达到153.27°,对建筑外墙常见污染物有优异的防污性。 The fluorosilicone acrylate copolymer solution was prepared using dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate (12FMA) and other monomers. The nano-silica was chemically bonded to the copolymer, and the fluorosilicone acrylate eopolymer/ silica hybrid material was prepared. The structure of the hybrid material and the surface properties of the coating film were studied by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, scanning electron microscope and testings of contact angle and water absorption.The results showed that the bydrophobieity of the coatings was effectively improved by the migration of fluorine to the coating film surface and the micro-nano structure of the surface. When the 12FMA and nano-siliea amount was 40wt% and lwt% ,respectively,the water contact angle was 132.96°. The water absorption rate of the cement substrate treated with the hybrid material was decreased by 90.7% and the water contact angle reached 153.27°.The film had excellent anti-stain property against the common pollutants in the external wall of the building.
