摘要
在借鉴国内外网站评价研究成果的基础上,探索构建了一套农村农业信息化服务平台的评价指标体系,运用层次分析法(AHP)确定各个评价指标的影响权重,对我国11个国家农村农业信息化示范省所建成并投入使用的服务平台进行实证评价。结果表明,各省(区)农村农业信息化综合服务平台发展不均衡且整体服务能力不高。对此,应该进一步改良平台界面设计、提升平台系统性能、优化平台服务内容、拓展平台服务功能、提高平台社会关注等,以促进平台更好地开展信息化服务。
Using the research achievements on the website evaluation at home and abroad for reference,the paper builds an evaluation index system for a rural agricultural informatization service platform,and uses the analytic hierarchy process（AHP） to determine the index weight,and mades an empirical study on the platforms built by 11 national rural informatization demonstration provinces. The results show that the development of rural agricultural informatization integrated service platform is uneven and the overall service ability is not high in all provinces. Therefore, we should further perfect the platform interface design, improve the performance of the platform system, optimize the service content,expand the service functions,promote the social concern,and so on,so as to promote the platforms to carry out the information service better.
