摘要
脉冲星具有高稳定的自转特性,被誉为自然界最稳定的＂天文钟＂,具有很高的应用价值,如脉冲星时间标准、脉冲星导航应用等。时间是表征物质运动的最基本物理量,它为一切动力学系统和时序过程的测量和研究提供必不可少的时间坐标。时间单位是国际单位制（SI）七个基本物理量中,测量精度最高、测量历史最悠久的一个基本单位。
Pulsars have high rotation stability, and are regarded as the most stable "natural clocks",which can be applied to many research areas such as pulsar-based time standard, spacecraft navigation and so on.
