七氟醚与异丙酚分别复合氯胺酮麻醉在疝气修补术中的应用效果比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的对比七氟醚与异丙酚分别复合氯胺酮麻醉在疝气修补术中的应用效果。方法采用等距随机抽样法将行疝气修补术治疗的疝气患者100例分为观察组和对照组各50例。观察组采取七氟醚联合氯胺酮麻醉,对照组采取异丙酚联合氯胺酮麻醉,对比2组患者躁动发生情况及麻醉效果。结果观察组患者躁动发生率为4.00%明显低于对照组的14.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组麻醉前血氧饱和度、心率及平均动脉压比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),术中5 min、术中15 min、返恢复室时血氧饱和度、心率、平均动脉压比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在疝气修补术中七氟醚与异丙酚分别复合氯胺酮均能取得较为理想的麻醉效果,但七氟醚联合氯胺酮所致躁动发生率更低,可作为优选麻醉方案推广使用。 Objective To compare the application of sevoflurane and propofol respectively combined with ketamine anesthesia during hernia repair. Methods 100 patients with hernia treated by hernia repair were divided into observation group and control group by 50 cases using isometric random sampling method. Control group was anesthetized with propofol and ketamine. Observation group was anesthetized with sevoflurane and ketamine. Compared the occurrence of agitation and anesthesia effect in two groups. Results The incidence of agitation in observation group was 4. 00%,which was significantly lower than 14. 00% in control group,the difference was statistically significant( P〈 0. 05). There were no significant differences in blood oxygen saturation,heart rate and mean arterial pressure between two groups( P〉 0. 05),intraoperative 5 min,intraoperative 15 min,return to recovery room,there was no significant difference in oxygen saturation,heart rate,mean arterial pressure( P〉 0. 05). Conclusion Sevoflurane and propofol respectively combined with ketamine can achieve an ideal anesthetic effect in hernia repair,but the incidence of agitation caused by sevoflurane combined with ketamine is lower,which can be used as a preferred anesthesia program.
