摘要
目的分析癌症患者宗教信仰特征及对其心理和生活质量的影响。方法选取某三级乙等综合医院肿瘤病房住院的癌症患者181例。采用自制调查表、他评式汉密顿抑郁与焦虑量表及生活质量问卷对患者进行调查及评估。结果癌症患者中有宗教信仰占56.91%,且信仰时间10年以上占53.40%,但半年内参加宗教活动次数1次以内占50.48%,患癌后才开始信仰占20.39%;有无宗教信仰的两组癌症患者的抑郁和焦虑状况差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),有无宗教信仰癌症患者整体生活质量和症状差异有显著的统计学意义(P<0.01),躯体功能、角色功能、情感功能、认知功能和社会功能差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论癌症患者中具有宗教信仰的比例较多,宗教信仰对癌症患者的心理无影响,对躯体功能、角色功能、情感功能、认知功能及社会功能无影响,但能改善患者的整体生活质量及症状。
Objective To analyze the characteristics of religious belief for cancer patients and its influence on their psychology and quality of life.Method Choose 181 cancer inpatients from tumor wards of a third grade class A general hospital.Investigate and evaluate them by self-designed questionnaire,Hamilton Depression Scale（HAMD）rating by observers and life quality questionnaire.Result 56.91% cancer patients have religious belief,among which 53.40% have more than10 years＇ belief time.50.48% of patients with religious belief take part in religious activities less than once in half a year.20.39% start to have religious belief because of the disease.There is no significant difference on depression and anxiety between patients with or without religious belief（P0.05）.There is significant difference on general quality of life and symptoms between patients with or without religious belief（P0.01）.But there is no significant difference on body function,role function,emotional function,cognitive function and social function between two groups of patients（P 0.05）.Conclusion There is a high rate of religious belief for cancer patients.Religious belief has no influence on psychology,body function,role function,emotional function,cognitive function and social function,but has influence on their quality of life and symptoms.
