摘要
本文结合现场工作经验,分析了煤粉的主要产生原因;推荐了主要的洗井工艺设备。并通过理论与实验相结合的方法,对洗井工艺中煤粉粒径、煤粉等级与日产水量、泵型、冲程之间的适应性做出了分析;最终制定了现场注水洗井的工作制度,给现场作业提供了指导。
Based on the practice and experience on site,the paper analyzes the main reason to cause pulverized coal,and recommends the main equipment for well-washing. The paper also analyzes the adaptability of the particle diameter and the rank of the pulverized coal water production of the well-washing technology with the well-washing technology,the pump type,and the stroke. Based on the research,the working system for the well-washing is proposed to provide the guidance for onsite operation.
