摘要
第三方崛起是从体系层面出发,思考国家崛起的新视角,其核心观点是:霸权争夺的体系结构将给予未参与霸权争夺的第三方国家发展和崛起的机遇。这一概念在美国崛起的经验验证中可得到证实,并可适用于其它处于相似体系结构的第三方国家崛起的解释中。第三方崛起尝试从体系层面视角对美国的崛起进行梳理和解释,试图从以往的经验分析上升到理论视角,以期对特定国家崛起的解释和行为的预测产生一定积极意义。
The rise of the third party is a new perspective of the rise of great powers, which focuses on the systematic level. Its core idea is that the hegemony competition between two major powers will unintentionally give the third country who doesn’t participate in the supremacy competition opportunities to develop and rise. This concept can be verified in the experience of the rise of the United States. It also can be applied to explain the rise of other “third party” countries in similar international structure. The rise of the third party is used to comb and explain the rise of the United States at the systematic level, trying to upgrade the previous researches based on experiential level to theoretical level. In that case, this new perspective will have certain positive meaning to explain the rise of specific countries and to predict their behaviors.
