摘要
随着我国高校国际化进程的推进,高校管理外国留学生的自主权越来越大。文章从分析留学生管理队伍建设的现实意义出发,梳理了留学生管理队伍建设方面存在的实际问题,探索既能符合我国国情、又能与国际接轨的留学生管理队伍建设,有针对性地提出了加强留学生管理队伍建设的措施和对策。
With the advancement of internationalization of Chinese universities, the autonomy of universities in managing foreign students is growing. On the basis of analyzing the practical significance of the construction of the management team of foreign students, this paper combs the actual problems existing in the construction of the management team of foreign students,explores the construction of the management team which can meet the national conditions of our country, and can be in line with the international standards, and puts forward measures and countermeasures to strengthen the construction of the management team of foreign students.
