摘要
随着教育信息化水平的飞速提升,为混合式学习提供了强大的技术支持,混合式学习目前已得到了广泛的推广应用,然而实施中却面临着学习者能力不适应、配套激励和考核制度不甚合理的情况。本文总结分析了混合式学习下高职学习者的特点和激励考核之难点,提出正激励提高学习动机提升学生自我学业概念、分层次制定学业目标分层分人激励考核、合理运用信息化手段,系统考核学生学业成就的对策建议。
With the rapid promotion of the level of education information, it provides a strong technical support for hybrid learning. Mixed learning has been widely popularized at present. However, it is faced with the situation that the ability of the learners is not suitable, the supporting incentive and the assessment system are not very reasonable. This paper summarizes and analyzes the characteristics of Higher Vocational learners and the difficulties of incentive assessment under mixed learning,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of positive incentives to improve the learning motivation to improve the students' self-study concept, make the academic goals stratified and divide the students into an incentive assessment, use the information means rationally, and assess the academic achievement of the students systematically.
