摘要
以鹤壁淇滨新区为例,根据城市房地产业及老龄化发展的实际情况,提出发展养老地产、建设养老型城区的建议,推荐养老地产开发的几种模式,以期对新形势下房地产业转型发展提供参考。
Taking the Qibin New District in Hebi as an example,according to the actual situation of the urban real estate industry and the development of aging,this paper puts forward suggestions for the development of old-age real estate and the construction of old-age urban areas,and puts forward several models for the development of old-age real estate,with a view to real estate under the new situation. Provide reference for transformation and development.
