摘要
目的探讨卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗乏力性产后出血的应用效果。方法纳入2016年6月—2017年6月90例乏力性产后出血产妇以数字表法随机分组。对照组给予缩宫素治疗,观察组则给予卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗。比较两组乏力性产后出血控制率;产后不同时间段出血总量;干预前后产妇血红蛋白水平值;药物不良反应率。结果观察组乏力性产后出血控制率高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组产后不同时间段出血总量少于对照组,P<0.05;干预前两组血红蛋白水平值相近,P>0.05;干预后观察组血红蛋白水平值优于对照组,P<0.05。观察组药物不良反应率少于对照组,P<0.05。结论卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗乏力性产后出血的应用效果确切,可有效控制出血,减少产后出血量,维持血红蛋白稳定,且无严重不良反应,安全有效,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of card prostacyclin three alcohol in the treatment of fatigue postpartum hemorrhage. Methods From June 2016 to June 2017,90 cases of puerpera with fatigue after postpartum hemorrhage were grouped by digital table method. The control group was treated with oxytocin,and the observation group was treated with CBD three alcohol. The control rate of two groups of fatigue postpartum hemorrhage,the total amount of bleeding in different period of postpartum,the level of hemoglobin before and after intervention,and the adverse drug reaction rate were compared. Results The postpartum hemorrhage control rate of observation group was higher than that of the control group,P 0. 05; Postpartum hemorrhage volume of observation group in different time less than the control group,P 0. 05; Hemoglobin levels in the two groups before the intervention value similar to that of P〈 0. 05; The observation group after the intervention of hemoglobin level than the control group,P 0. 05. The rate of adverse drug reaction in the observation group was less than that of the control group,P 0. 05. Conclusion The application of prostacyclin and three alcohol in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage is exact. It can effectively control bleeding,reduce postpartum hemorrhage,maintain hemoglobin stability,and has no serious adverse reactions. It is safe and effective,and is worthy of popularization and application.
