摘要
远程医疗是一种利用信息与通讯技术的新型医疗服务模式,它能够克服时间与地理方面的障碍,增加医疗服务的可及性。本文介绍了印度与巴西远程医疗的发展模式,根据两国远程医疗发展的经验与教训,并结合我国远程医疗发展的实际情况,总结出有利于我国远程医疗发展的有益启示:完善远程医疗政策,加强能力建设与合作,统筹规划、开展全国性远程医疗项目,评估远程医疗可行性、可扩展性与可持续性,加强远程医疗基础设施建设。
Telemedicine is a new type of medical service to utilize information and communication technology. It can over- come the obstacles of time and geography and increase the access of medical services. This paper introduces the development model of telemedicine service in India and Brazil. Based on the experience and lessons from the development of telemedicine in the two countries, combining the actual situation of telemedicine development in China, this paper summarizes the benefits to develop telemedicine in China： improving the policies, strengthening capacity building and cooperation, making overall planning and carrying out national telemedicine projects, evaluating the feasibility, scalability and sustainability of telemedicine and strengthening telemedicine infrastructure.
