摘要
目的了解近十年间甘肃省学校教师肺结核病流行及发展状况,为甘肃省学校肺结核病的监测和防控工作提供参考依据。方法通过全国传染病报告信息管理系统和结核病信息管理系统监测数据库,收集2007—2016年甘肃省学校教师肺结核病疫情数据资料,运用定量描述法描述和分析甘肃省教师肺结核病流行状况。结果 2007—2016年甘肃省累计报告教师肺结核病病人1 145例,男性743例、女性402例,平均年龄(39.75±14.10)岁,以汉族为主、占91.62%,病人来源主要为因症就诊(48.03%)和转诊(41.13%);报告发病率波动在16.62/10万~46.06/10万,与年度呈负相关(rs=-0.939,P<0.01),历年肺结核病报告发病率教师与学生呈正相关(rs=0.927,P<0.01),2007—2016年疫情总体呈逐年下降趋势。结论十年间甘肃省教师肺结核病报告发病率总体呈逐年递降的趋势,但疫情仍然很严重,应加强教师和学生的同防同治。
Objective To understand the prevalence and development of pulmonary tuberculosis in teachers in Gansu province over the last ten years, and provide reference for pulmonary tuberculosis surveillance and control at schools and colleges. Methods The epidemic information of pulmonary tuberculosis among school teachers in Gansu during 2007—2016 was collected from Chinese Infectious Disease Report Information Management System and Chinese Tuberculosis Information Management System, and analyzed with quantitative description method. Results There were 1 145 cases with pulmonary tuberculosis among school teachers accumulatively reported in Gansu from 2007 to 2016, including 743 cases of the male and 402 cases of the female. The average age was 39.75±14.10 years, the cases of Han were majority and accounted for91.62%. The cases were mainly from symptomatic visit（48.03%） and clinical referral（41.13%）. The reported incidence fluctuated from 16.62/100 000 to 46.06/100 000, showing a negative correlation with the year（rs=-0.939, P〈0.01）, and a positive correlation between the students and teachers（rs=0.927, P〈0.01） over the years. The epidemic presented generally decreasing trend year by year from 2007 to 2016. Conclusions The incidence of reported pulmonary tuberculosis among the teachers presents descent trend generally during the last ten years, but the epidemic is still serious. It should be prevented and treated in the teachers and students simultaneously.
