摘要 我国人口众多,城市快速发展导致土地资源极度紧缺,城市规划的过程中,如何利用好有限的地下空间显得尤为重要,将地下管线、地下停车场、地下商业街、地下通道、地铁等各种地下工程统一纳入城市地下综合管廊,是一种非常经济合理的选择。文章从不同方面介绍了综合管廊在我国的发展历程以及它的应用实况,针对管廊的断面类型、管线配置等问题分析我国地下综合管廊的建设方式,剖析综合管廊投资建设模式,希望对我国城市地下综合管廊的长期发展提供有效的理论参考依据。 With a large population in our country, land resources are extremely scarce in the process of rapid urban development, in the process of urban planning, how to make good use of the limited underground space is especially important, it is a very economical and reasonable choice to integrate various underground projects such as underground pipelines, underground parking lots, underground commercial streets, underground passages, subways, etc. into the underground utility tunnel of the city. The article introduced the development history of the integrated pipeline corridor in China and its application situation from different aspects. It analyzed the construction mode of the underground integrated pipeline corridor in China and analyzed the comprehensive pipeline corridor investment construction model in light of the section type and pipeline configuration of the pipeline corridor. It provides a theoretical reference for the lonz-term develot^ment of urban underzround comnrehensive hide corridors in China.
