预裂爆破在弓长岭露天铁矿的应用

Application of Pre-splitting Blasting in Gongchangling Open-Pit Iron Mine

摘要 该文以弓长岭露天铁矿何家采区188m水平的预裂爆破为例,介绍了预裂爆破的钻孔参数、装药参数和施工工艺。应用预裂爆破技术达到了台阶式开采终采边坡一次成型的效果,说明采用该技术可提高边坡的稳定性,降低边坡维护费用,为以后的类似露天矿山实施预裂爆破提供了成功的经验。 This paper takes the 188 m horizontal pre-splitting blasting in Hejia Mining Area,Gongchangling Open-pit Iron Mine for example. The drilling parameters,explosive parameters,and the construction technology of pre-splitting blasting are introduced. The effect of one time molding of step slope mining and end mining are achieved by using the pre-splitting blasting technology. It shows that this technique can improve the stability of the slope,and reduce the cost of slope maintenance. It provides successful experience for pre-splitting blasting for similar open-pit mine in the future.
