摘要
随着社会老龄化程度的不断上升和居民健康管理意识的普遍加强，基层医疗制度的种种不健全性日益显露出来，随着国民医疗服务需求的日益增加，传统医疗服务体系正处于有心无力的运行状态。本文以目前中国医疗现状为出发点，通过不断开拓创新，创造性的将移动医疗、云计算技术和互联网＋深度融合，使其和基层医疗体系完美融合，利用无线通信，开创了一套以服务为基础的体系结构，并结合了云计算、地理信息系统等多领域技术，使得诊疗平台更显完整，促进诊疗过程的分工合作。随着诊疗平台创建的日益完善，不断促进医患关系的缓和，使得服务模式不再局限于传统的同一时空，促进医疗资源的合理的开发与运用。
